Our Badge & Lanyard Collection Walls create a large-scale, highly visible return point where attendees can easily contribute their lanyards before leaving your conference or event.
Designed around your event space, attendance and visual direction, the wall can function as a standalone collection feature or be paired with Rental or Custom Branded Return Boxes to create a larger coordinated return area.
As lanyards are returned throughout the event, the installation becomes a visual representation of participation — helping make material recovery something attendees can actually see.

How It Works
1. We design your collection setup.
We work with your event space, expected attendance, and visual direction to develop the Collection Wall and determine whether additional return boxes are required.
2. We deliver and install the collection area.
Your Collection Wall is positioned in a high-traffic location such as registration, conference exits, escalators or other attendee transition areas.
3. Attendees return their badges and lanyards.
Depending on the design, lanyards can become part of the installation itself or be returned through integrated or nearby collection boxes.
4. Recovered materials are returned to us.
After the event, collected badges and lanyards come back to us for processing.
5. We manage the recovery.
Returned materials are counted and sorted. Lanyards are commercially cleaned and quality inspected, reusable components are recovered, and appropriate hardware and other materials are separated for their next pathway.
