Use a single Collection Tree as a feature near registration or position multiple trees throughout your conference space. Collection Trees can also be paired with Rental or Custom Branded Return Boxes when you want separate collection for complete badges, badge holders or higher volumes of returned materials.

How It Works
1. We plan your collection setup.
We work with your event space, expected attendance and collection requirements to determine the number and placement of Collection Trees and whether additional return boxes are recommended.
2. Collection Trees are positioned throughout your event.
Place them near registration, exits, escalators or other high-traffic attendee areas.
3. Attendees add their lanyards.
Guests hang their returned lanyards directly onto the tree, allowing the installation to fill throughout the event.
4. Recovered materials are returned to us.
After the event, collected badges and lanyards come back to us for processing.
5. We manage the recovery.
Returned materials are counted and sorted. Lanyards are commercially cleaned and quality inspected, reusable components are recovered, and appropriate hardware and other materials are separated for their next pathway.
